This new model will make it easier for you, as a job seeker, to find and access the employment services you need, all at one location. 2. Will Times Change remain a women’s agency?Absolutely. Times Change will continue to provide a safe and supportive environment for women. We offer a variety of services and programs aimed at responding to the changing needs of women and the labour market. 3. What is changing? Our core services and workshops will not change under the new model. In addition to our workshops, Educational Counselling is available if you are thinking about upgrading your skills or going back to school. The Second Career program and the Ontario Self-Employment Benefit Program is available for women seeking training through government funding. 4. What to expect over the next year?Over the next year, we will introduce job matching, connecting clients directly to employers through job placement, and specialty workshops on employment-related topics. 5. How do I get help from a Times Change counsellor?Starting in August, if you are interested in our employment workshops and counselling services, you are required to attend our Getting Started workshop, and book an individual assessment appointment, so we can provide you with a full assessment of your needs.
