Job Matching & Placement

Times Change offers Job Matching and Placement services for women looking to re-enter the workforce who are having difficulties due to barriers to employment. Our dedicated Job Developers create and maintain partnerships with local employers who are committed to hiring Times Change clients. These opportunities are typically entry-level roles with small to medium-sized businesses.
Our Job Matching & Placement Program includes:

•  Subsidized on-the-job training and/or direct employment placement.
•  Employment preparation including interview techniques and resume writing
•  Access to individual employment counseling.
•  Referrals to job leads and access to job postings.
•  Apprenticeship opportunities.
•  Access to employment supports if eligible.
•  Continuous on-the-job support and job retention services
This program is open to women who are experiencing barriers to employment.
