Career Advancement and Mentorship Program

Times Change’s popular daytime Career Advancement and Mentorship program is now offered in-person and online. This workshop is designed for women who are unclear about their career direction or thinking about making a change. Using a unique approach to exploring work-related skills, interests and values, participants have an opportunity to answer the question, "What career do I really want?"
During this online nine-week (one session per week) workshop, participants will:
  • Attend three-hour weekly Zoom sessions once a week for nine weeks (Attendance in all 9 sessions is required)
  • Identify skills, interests and values through self-assessment activities
  • Explore and research possible occupations in a virtual group setting
  • Research and understand the changing labour market
  • Learn how to make a sound career decision
  • Develop an action plan based on your career goals
  • There is a $38 workbook cost (plus $3.27 admin fee)
