Evening Career Exploration Program

Career Exploration for Women (CEW) is an interactive course designed for employed women who are thinking about making a career change. This program is held in the evenings, once a week for 8 weeks from 6:30-9:30pm.
Led by professional facilitators with a specific interest and expertise in women’s issues, CEW uses customized, interactive tools from our Career Planning Workbook for Women which provides a clear, step-by-step approach to self-assessment and action planning. Participants from our career planning programs typically stay connected after the eight weeks to provide ongoing support, share ideas, and celebrate career goals.In addition to eight career exploration sessions, you will receive a private coaching session as part of your career package.

The following audio stories highlight the journeys of three women realizing their next career path, and were recorded, edited, and produced by Career Planning workshop graduate, Sally Rafson. Drawing from her experience as a Teacher using podcasting with her students, Sally  developed her own company called Sharing Our Story, focused on creating audio files to enhance company and organizational websites. She credits the career program as the catalyst for her career change.
