
Workplace Conflict and Legal Options Life Skills Workshop
Jenna Al-Momani and Joie Chow are lawyers at the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic, where they lead the Clinic’s #AndMeToo Project, which provides legal support to survivors of workplace sexual violence and harassment. Their work focuses on assisting individuals from underserved communities who face multiple forms of discrimination and have complex legal needs. Beyond legal work, Jenna and Joie actively engage in public legal education, raising awareness on workplace sexual harassment and advocating for systemic change. Jenna obtained her Master of Arts in Political Science from McMaster University in 2018 and her Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law in 2023. Joie obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 2021.

- Recognizing workplace harassment and sexual harassment: definitions and examples under the law
- Understanding constructive and wrongful dismissal: legal tests and common scenarios
- How to find a lawyer and what to use legal help for
