Stay supported after you’re hired! When you walk through our doors at Times Change, we don’t just see a client but a woman on her journey to long-term employment success in the career of her choice. 

 We understand that while getting a job is a successful step in itself, staying employed, thriving and growing professionally is the real deal!  

That’s why we have the Growth and Employment Success (GES) Program: for one year after you land your job, we proudly stand alongside you to provide personalized check-ins, wraparound support and ongoing opportunities for learning, so that you stay employed, grow and thrive for long-term success. 

How we Support You

We share monthly resources, identify and support needs that may arise.

We support you by sharing customized resources that you may need to stay successful in your first year of employment including mental health care, childcare, financial literacy, and housing etc.

You are invited to attend industry related fireside chats with women-focused exciting topics to learn how to navigate workplace experiences and grow in your chosen career.

Your 12 months Retention Experience 

You have the choice to receive personalized check-ins and resources when you need them: 

In your first 90 days, we set you up for a strong start on your job and provide resources to pass your 3 months in your new job.

Next is equipping you to build momentum for personal and professional stability.

Then we begin to explore opportunities for your learning and continuous growth.

Don’t forget you have access to referrals at any point of your journey with us .

Finally, we review your year of success in your job and way forward into fulfilling career.
