Times Change provides Job Matching and Placement services tailored to women seeking to re-enter the workforce, especially those facing employment barriers. Our dedicated Job Developers build and foster partnerships with local employers who align with our commitment to workforce equality. These employers take proactive steps by hiring clients from Times Change. These opportunities often encompass entry-level positions within small to medium-sized businesses.

Our Job Matching & Placement Program includes:

Subsidized on-the-job training and/or direct employment placement.
Employment preparation, including interview techniques and resume writing.
Access to individual employment counselling.
Referrals to job leads and access to job postings.
Apprenticeship opportunities.
Access to employment support if eligible.
Continuous on-the-job support and job retention services
