Small habits centered around resilience-building can fortify this inner strength within our minds and bodies. Join this 90-minute workshop to learn more about developing specific daily habits that can support you in enhancing your resilience to navigate challenging situations with increased inner strength hope, and joy.
About the Facilitator: Vicenta is a trauma-informed Certified Professional Coach. Before coaching, she had a long-standing career in medical administration. Additionally, she has been a single mom to her beautiful daughter and feels called to focus her coaching on supporting other single moms in building stronger and more meaningful relationships with their children. Vicenta served as President of a nonprofit organization’s Board of Directors, helping lower-income individuals own their homes. She loves the arts, travelling and retreats, reading, learning, and spending time with her family and friends.
